I found this great site called Zamzar through pcmag's top 100 sites.

It has vidoes on it to show you how to use it but really its stupidly easy to work.

You can download videos from all the major sites heres a list of the sites.

Its really handy for converting wav to mp3 3gp to mp4 pretty much does everything you need and doesnt have any crap virus' on it like them on shit ones ive used in the past.

I now use "Any Video Converter" program for any video related conversations. It's fast reliable and also lets you choose the size and, frame rate and most other things related to converting.

It is available through the download.com website. I have the free program which is more than enough do deal with any video conversations.

If you are unsure what a video converter is then allow me to explain.

If you want to watch videos on your Ipod, Creative Zen, PSP or any other hand held media you need to make sure it is the right size for playback. Most web videos are 640×480 but this is to big a size for most media players. The most common size is 320x240. Even if this is not the size you need you can fine tune any video converter to the exact size you want and need. Having said all that you can use the program that comes with your media player to convert the file but that tends to take a lot longer. So it's best to use this light weight program that's free.
